Grant & Incentive Scheme Applications

Grants are subsidies awarded by the Singapore Government to achieve specific national aims. They are awarded on the basis of merit and do not need to be repaid. Corporate Serviced Offices can assist in application for the grant when you have found a qualified external consultant for your project, or in specific cases, provide you the required consultancy services directly.

Local Enterprise Technical Assistance Scheme (LETAS)
- Designed to help local enterprises defray the cost of hiring an external consultant to assist in the modernization and upgrading of their business operations. Grant of up to 50% of cost of external consultant.
- Applicable for both IT and non-IT related projects.
Enterprise Investment Incentive Scheme
- Applicable for start-ups, it allows investors in these qualified companies to deduct any investment loss from their taxable income. Applicable for investments of up to $3 million.
Spring SEEDS Equity Financing
- Applicable to start-ups. SPRING Singapore will match every dollar invested up to a maximum of $300,000 in return for equity stakes in the start-up in proportion to the investment.
